How and when do I receive payouts?
Payouts are reconciled monthly. On the 10th of every month, we send a detailed financial statement showing all occupancy dates, daily rates, and deductibles for the previous month. Net yields are wired directly to your designated bank account in USD, AED, or EGP.
Can I stay in my own property?
Yes. You can reserve your property for personal stays via our owner portal or by notifying your account manager. There are no restrictions on owner usage, provided the dates are not already booked by paying guests.
What licensing is required for short-term letting?
In Dubai, we manage the entire Department of Economy and Tourism (DET/DTCM) licensing process for you. In Cairo, we coordinate with the Ministry of Tourism and complete required local security registrations, ensuring 100% compliant operations from day one.
How do you set nightly rental prices?
