I would advise caution before booking. On arrival, we were put in a room completely different to the photos. Only after pressing was I told it was an “upgrade” then later that our booked room had “A/C issues” and we’d be moved the next day. The following afternoon we were switched, but again to the wrong room type. After more back-and-forth, we were finally moved a third time, closer to what we booked, but still on the wrong side of the building. The manager explained the original room had a “pool leak” causing electrical faults and offered complimentary breakfast. Yet when we tried to claim it, the hotel had no record, and we had to pay. The new room had faulty A/C panels so the temp could not be changed and a ceiling leak in the kitchen dropping plaster. Worst of all, from this room we could clearly see into the apartment we originally booked, with people staying there and its pool full. We felt misled and frustrated, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for honesty and better service.
